Operating in the HVAC sector under the slogan “The Address of Efficient Systems,” Atlantik Grup has expanded into Europe, following successful projects in Serbia, Romania, and North Macedonia, with the Oberhausen Woolworth Mall project in Germany.
The HVAC system for the Woolworth store, which serves in textile and various retail formats and whose mechanical works were carried out by Zone Engineering Construction, was equipped with Atlantik rooftops.
For the HVAC system of the Woolworth store, a high-efficiency rooftop with a “TRECO” thermodynamic heat recovery system was used.
The TRECO system is an active heat recovery system, where an additional gas circuit is implemented for both exhaust air and fresh air. A second battery is located on the exhaust side. By utilizing the special thermodynamic system, heat recovery of up to 50% in cooling and 65% in heating can be achieved between the exhaust air and fresh air.
