Located in İvedik, the heart of Ankara’s industry and commerce, OTOKENT is a project built on a 26,000 m² area, bringing together the largest automotive dealerships specializing in the automotive sector.
The OTOKENT project, which includes 1 basement floor, a ground floor, 5 regular floors, and a rooftop, comprises a total of 384 commercial independent units. A significant portion of the air conditioning system in the project is powered by Atlantik heat pumps.
The decision to use EWH heat pumps was influenced by factors such as high energy efficiency, low noise levels, wide operating ranges, easy fault detection, and ease of installation and maintenance.
Operating under the motto “The Address of Efficient Systems,” Atlantik Grup has contributed to numerous projects that have won Green Building Awards. In addition to supplying specialized products such as rooftop units, absorption chillers, multifunctional chillers, cooling towers, fan coils, and seawater-cooled chillers, Atlantik Grup has also increased its market share both domestically and internationally by supplying water-source heat pumps for shopping malls and office projects, signing large-scale reference projects.
