MITA Control System (Mcs)
Smart Cooling, Maximum Efficiency!
Offered with Atlantik Group’s advanced engineering expertise, the Mita Control System (MCS) provides advanced, automatic control solutions for cooling towers and heat exchange systems. Designed with next-generation technologies, it ensures energy savings, operational safety, and extended system lifespan.
MITA Control System (Mcs)
Developed by MITA, the MCS is an accessory used to adjust the temperature of water exiting the cooling tower. At the core of the system is an inverter that adjusts the motor-fan speed based on information from a temperature sensor. The primary function of the system is to control the circulating water temperature according to the set value.
Cooling towers are selected based on design conditions, which are typically the worst-case scenarios. These conditions are usually the highest possible temperatures and maximum heat loads (Design Wet Bulb Temperature). In reality, these conditions rarely occur.

Energy Conservation
- As operating conditions vary throughout the year,
the MCS regulates cooling tower output in order to
achieve. - Electricity saving
- Reduced wear of electromechanical parts resulting in lower maintenance costs.
Water Conservation
- Reduced noise emissions
- Reduced water treatment costs.
- The MCS is a simple, reliable and efficent system that can be installedremotely or fixed directly on the unit.
- Data here below shows motor load for a given unit with same operating conditions with same operating conditions with and without
- MCS. The similation takes into account a full and costant load of 1750 kW over a year
- MCS is available for all MITA COOLING TECHNOLOGIES cooling tower range.
